Thursday was the last day to get in all our fun. We played volleyball, suffleboard, minigolf, relaxed a little and went fishing. Bode and Cailah both caught a fish. Cailah has been asking to go fishing all summer long so it seemed appropriate that she got a fish. The final amp program consisted of each group doing their cheers one last time. Then they all entertained us with a song and dance. The final activity was a family dance. Cailah and Zander entertained us all with their super dance abilities. Zander, aka Big Buckwheat Bear, taught us all a new dance that I anticipate will reappear at many family events. Abby was off dancing the night away with her friends. The family dance was followed by a teen and young adult dance and I hear from a little bird that Gunnar asked a girl to dance at his first ever dance. Can you believe he is old enough to go to dances? Wow!
